There are four options for complimentary dining on the Celebrity Eclipse. Our boys liked to sleep in the morning but we did still enjoy some mornings on the balcony with our coffee and pastries. We decided that it was easier for the staff member to keep their bunkbed down all day instead of transforming it back into a couch each day.
It’s open around the clock, however there are certain times when items are limited due to switching menus from breakfast to lunch, or lunch to dinner. The fourth course was an interesting matcha-wasabi-white-chocolate-cake. In the above photo, you can see the animation of the chef preparing this unique dessert. We’ve never experienced a dining experience quite like this. We enjoyed the service in the Moonlight Sonata Restaurant, so we gave an additional gratuity to our head waiter, assistant waiter and sommelier.
